The law firm of Costello & Costello, P.C. has been in business in one form or another for over 40 years. It was originally founded by Raymond J. Costello, in the early 1960s. Ray’s law practice always had a heavy concentration in Bankruptcy and he served for many years as a Bankruptcy Trustee.

In 1984, Stephen J. Costello, a son of Raymond, was admitted to law practice and joined the firm. Steve also has a degree in accounting is a CPA. Raymond passed away in 1994 and the firm continues to proudly carry his name. Over the years, the firm’s bankruptcy experience has covered nearly every kind of possible bankruptcy matter.

The firm has represented thousands of people of all walks of life in cases both simple and complex. Costello & Costello, P.C. has also represented businesses in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases as well as both business and people in complex bankruptcy litigation. Unlike some Bankruptcy firms who are rooted in the city and have part time and unstaffed cubicle offices around the suburbs, Costello & Costello, P.C. gives each individual personal attention and strives to make the process as comforting.
